The Community

The Community Words compilation is a mark in time of the lyrical, vocal talents and collaborations occurring in the community in 2012. Featuring diverse works from Able8, FG, Mathas, Empty, DJ Silence, YLEM and Rachael Dease, Mei Saraswati, Wisdom Tooth, Diger Rokwell and many more.

Ylem’s new album ‘Disk.151′ is an 11 track organically deep, percussive, melodic and futuristic ode to the work of Jack Foley. Featuring the 2012 WAM Electronic song of the Year ‘Slew’. An album to watch out for. Ryan Burge aka Ylem is a serious musical talent.

Included in the showbags will be TriplM.U.M’s “Desert Steve’ is the debut LP from old skool DIY rap and beat maker Nader Mustafa aka Mad Messed Up Mustafa (TripleM.U.M.). His home made release features samples recorded from his parent’s Syrian and Nubian Tapes cut with big drums, complimented with rustic and raw raps recorded in his bedroom . Nader’s lyrics are about life, family and being true to yourself.
